This project transforms  a current parking lot  into a mix-use, transit-oriented development.  Located in the heart of Kerrytown, a desirable, walkable, vibrant neighborhood of Ann Arbor, Michigan, this project focuses on walk-ability, density and adaptability.  It promotes tenant interactions with great communal amenities such as an open courtyard, while maintaining their domestic privacy through multiple point entries.  The complex, entitled Point Plaza, caters to the diverse demographic of Ann Arbor by offering one, two and three bedroom units with underground parking.  In addition to ground floor retail, four live-work units are added to complement the growing numbers of entrepreneurs living in the area.  Designed accordingly to city guidelines, Point Plaza integrates itself seamlessly with the existing community while providing a sleek, contemporary vibe for local residents.
